Do you want your kids to stop ignoring your calls? Well, there is an app for that.

Parents now have a new way to “encourage” their kids to answer calls. A mom who got fed up with her kids not answering her calls designed an app that lock their phones, but still allows them to call emergency numbers and their parents, when they’re telephonically unresponsive.

Ignore No More works by letting parents remotely activate a lock in their kid’s mobile device forcing them to return the call so they can get back their phone’s functionality. The app pretty much renders the locked phones useless by preventing access to the internet and even texting capabilities until the parent deactivates the lock. All they need to do is return the call and the parent can unlock the device.

If the child attempts to uninstall the app on his phone, the phone will lock down and an email notification is sent to the parents’ phones about his actions.

Ignore No More costs $1.99 and can be downloaded on Google Play. The app is compatible with Samsung, Nexus, HTC and LG smartphones. No word on whether an iOS version of the app will be developed.
