How it works
To keep staff and customers safe, we have found a new way to practice social distancing while still providing customized service to you, our valued customer - We are calling it "Window Shopping", the GoWireless way!
If you would prefer to remain outside the store while a member of our staff assists you, please contact the nearest open store. Feel free to call ahead so that our team can set-up an appointment time for you.
Once you have arrived at one of our open locations, a friendly GoWireless Agent will be waiting to assist you. Call the number posted on the door to get the process started.
We will verify your account information and your photo ID through the glass door or window.
After we have accessed your account and determined what device or service you require, you can feel free to return to your vehicle until the transaction is complete.
Lastly, we will call you when we are ready for your payment. You will enter the store briefly to process your payment and sign any outstanding contracts.
We hope this new approach will provide peace of mind and convenience for our customers. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to serving you.
