Terms and conditions

You may terminate service for any reason within 30 days of activation. If you purchased a mobile phone, tablet and/or internet device from GoWireless at a promotional price, you must return the mobile phone, tablet and/or internet device to avoid being assessed an early termination fee payable to GoWireless as stated in the Mobile Device Agreement on your receipt. You will be responsible for all applicable Verizon usage fees, access charges, taxes, surcharges or other charges that accrued to your account through the termination date. If you paid a security deposit, it may take between 30 and 60 days to process the return of your security deposit. The charges for any service used on the account before the service termination date may be applied against your security deposit. All security deposits will be returned by Verizon.

You may return any or all of your merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase*. The original customer receipt must accompany all returns. If you cancel your service after the 30 days but prior to the expiration of your minimum term with Verizon, you will be responsible for an early termination fee payable to Verizon. This fee is separate and distinct from the early termination fee GoWireless will charge as stated above. Returning your merchandise does not automatically terminate your service with Verizon. In order to cancel your service, you MUST contact Verizon customer service at the phone number on your contract. For information regarding your commitment with Verizon, please refer to your Verizon Customer Agreement Form.

GoWireless will only accept mobile phones and/or internet devices (including Netbook PCs and Tablets) in like new condition. Mobile phones and/or internet devices must be deactivated with Verizon prior to being returned and must be in the original, unaltered packaging, with all accessories, manuals, etc. The serial number of the phone and/or internet device sold must match the box or it will not be accepted. If your phone and/or internet device purchase included a mail in rebate, you must wait the full 30 day period before cutting off the UPC label and submitting the rebate. Mobile phones and/or internet devices with the UPC label removed will not be eligible for return. At GoWireless' sole discretion, we may decline your return or charge a fee for items that we determine are damaged or require service. You may exchange your mobile phone and/or internet device one time within the 30 day period. The 30 day return period begins on the original purchase date. GoWireless will continue to accept "same model" defective phone exchanges up to 30 days from purchase. If you return and we accept your merchandise within the 30 day return period, we will refund the purchase price back to the original payment method. Cash refunds over $100 will be refunded in the form of a check mailed within 12 business days of the return transaction. If you received your merchandise through a "Buy One, Get One Free" or similar offer, both items must be returned in order to receive a refund. For exchanges involving the same merchandise, only the item to be exchanged needs to be included. Opened software purchases may only be exchanged for the exact same item and may not be refunded. Before returning any product that has data stored in memory, please transfer all files you wish to retain to another file source. Once the product is returned, your files cannot be recovered.

If returning an internet device sold along with a Netbook PC, both the internet device and Netbook PC must be returned. No refunds will be accepted for an internet device only if the device was sold with a Netbook PC. GoWireless will accept any unopened Apple iPadTM for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. GoWireless will not accept any opened iPadTM, regardless of condition. In the event you believe your Apple device is non-functioning after purchase, contact AppleCare at (800) 275-2273.

GoWireless will exchange or refund most accessories within 30 days of purchase. Accessories must be in the original, unaltered packaging, with all components, manuals, etc. Purchases of screen protectors, earpieces, headsets, batteries and memory cards are final and are not eligible for exchange or refund unless defective, in which case, the defective product will be exchanged for the same or similar product at GoWireless’ sole discretion. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price may be charged on all accessory returns. A restocking fee of $25 for basic phones/internet devices, $35 for smartphones or $70 for Watches/Tablets may be charged on all returns or exchanges except where prohibited by law.

A Gift Card may only be used for purchases at GoWireless stores and cannot be redeemed for cash.

All pricing on mobile phones and/or internet devices displayed are based on a 24 month Device Payment Installment Agreement with Verizon except where otherwise indicated. All mobile phones and/or internet devices may be purchased "un-activated" for MSRP. GoWireless will match any local, non-internet Verizon price for any device activated on a 2-year service agreement within 30 days of purchase with proof of lower price.

By submitting an order for the purchase of mobile phones and/or internet devices, and by providing your existing Verizon account information to GoWireless, you expressly agree that you are authorizing and granting GoWireless permission to verify, access and review your existing Verizon account in connection with the prospective purchase.

When submitting an order for purchase online, you must ensure that your transaction is correct before submitting your payment. By clicking the "Submit Button" on the Order Summary page, you are agreeing to the Order Total amount listed on the page. You are also approving GoWireless to authorize and charge your credit/debit card or other payment method listed on the page.

GoWireless reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, prohibit, refuse or cancel an order or purchase for any reason and at any time. For example, we may limit, prohibit, refuse or cancel your order or purchase: (i) if there is an ongoing dispute concerning payment of a prior order or purchase; (ii) if we suspect that you have engaged in, or are engaging in, fraudulent activities; (iii) if you have violated any of these Terms & Conditions; or (iv) for any other reason.
